One thing I want to be clear about. I will try as hard as I can to not use assumptions and knowlegde obtained only through NASA or other scientific institution, I hope anyone replying to this theard does the same.
I have read the FAQ and would like to refute many of the notions presented. The first one is that the other planets are round (spherical) because earth's unique shape allows for these exceptions to occur.
First up this conflicts with the notion that the flat earth theory is empirical in nature.
Second, It is never explained how the flat earth would allow for these exceptions.
On a related note, the FAQ also mentions that some believe the other planets bo be flat as well. They can actually be observed to be round AND spinning. If you have a powerfull enough telescope at your disposal, you can see dark spots and streaks on the surface of mars. By documenting the location of the planet as well as the mark on it's surface, you can realize that these change over time, This indicates that not only 1- it spins around the earth and 2 the marks can only change if the object is circular and rotating around itself, showing and hidding different sides at different times.
