Holy shit! Someone hired a prostitute!
Clearly this requires the full attention of the United States government.
The subject in the video is the leniency the DOJ gives to political families. The DOJ and FBI had photographic evidence of drugs and prostitutes on the laptop, and documentary evidence in the form of chats and emails and receipts, and did nothing.
By all means prosecute. But this evidence was uncovered when Trump was president. I think MTG's outrage is misplaced here.
I agree.
If evidnece of a crime exists, persecute.
Tho there is the issue of admissability of evidence. As I'm sure Tom is an expert on, not all evidence obtained can be used in court. Illegally obtained evidence, such as a laptop that was illegally given to the republican party by a repair shop, may not be admissable in court.

Since the government (FBI) didn't get the evidence in a legal way (the GOP basically stole the laptop and hacked into it) then no evidnece on that laptop is admissable in court unless it was inevitable that the FBI would get the evidence. Since it wasn't, they can't even get a warrant to gather more evidence.
So if MTG knew anything, she'd know that because the GOP took the laptop illegally and went through it (also illegally) for evidence of wrongdoings, the entire laptop is worthless as evidence.
