No, it doesn't indicate anything of the sort.
It indicates that Earth was tilted in a particular way towards the sun, with the moon following a path through it.
There is no need to invoke any fantasy Rahu which is never observed, when it is clear the moon causes the eclipse.

Regardless, showing a single point doesn't help at all.

If it is transparent, it would allow the sun through.
Any object capable of blocking the rays of the sun would block pretty much all other visible light, such as those from stars.

Rahu exists because the umbra exists. The rest is only about how to capture it.
