WH Press Secretary claiming that they have been collecting lots of evidence of fraud.

So?

Why give weight to anything that lying dumbarse bimbo says? Do you think she's trustworthy? Are you so pussy whipped?

Mate, she is full of shit. Don't pay any attention to her

Tom, do you believe Trump was right to claim victory when and how he did on election night? I mean with hundreds of thousands of votes still to count he literally called dibs on all the swing states lol

Trump's work seems to be convincing some judges so far.

THROW ‘EM OUT: PA judge sides with Trump campaign, orders ballots with no proof of ID be discarded - https://theleoterrell.com/throw-em-out-pennsylvania-judge-sides-with-trump-campaign-orders-ballots-with-no-proof-of-id-be-discarded/

So how are those lawsuits going for you?

Making lots and lots of progress, right?  Going to overturn the vote in PA any day now?  No need to panic, you still have 6 days.

Sick of winning yet?  :P

I couldn't help but notice that there's an unusual amount of police cars around today.  Maybe because I live close to the state capitol.

I live out in middle of nowhere Florida and there's supposed to be something happening in town Saturday. I don't know what, but I think a pro Trump rally of some sort.

https://abc.net.au/news/2021-01-16/us-political-donations-dry-up-after-capitol-insurrection/13062376

Quote
The companies — many consistent Republican donors in the past — are targeting the 147 Republicans who still challenged the results of America's presidential election after the Capitol building was stormed by Donald Trump's supporters on January 6.

Some companies say those Republicans will receive no donations for the rest of their political lives.

"The insurrection at our nation's Capital was a direct assault on one of our country's most revered tenets: the peaceful transition of power," a Disney spokesman told Politico this week.

"In the immediate aftermath of that appalling siege, Members of Congress had an opportunity to unite — an opportunity that some sadly refused to embrace.

"In light of these events, we have decided we will not make political contributions in 2021 to lawmakers who voted to reject the certification of the Electoral College votes."

Ouch.

For all their bluster about sticking up for Trump, this is going to sting. Since all they care about is money it might be enough for the party to take stock and ask themselves just how valuable is Trump

Sucked in to Ted Cruz though. I saw how he harnessed his 'inner Trump' at a rally and it's disturbing he'll probably nominate for president in 2024.

At least now he might find sponsors harder to come by

Whether or not corporate America has the resolve to stick to this is yet to be seen.  No one is running a campaign right now so donations aren't that relevant yet.

Footage the Washington Post stitched together during the insurrection.  Some of the things the crowd are saying are a little disturbing.  This was no out of control mosh pit.  A good number of them really seemed intent on murdering lawmakers.

While all that was happening I was following it on Twitter and the fediverse. I can't stop thinking about the two versions of what happened that day. Twitter was filled with videos of the cops letting them in, and of them walking inside the ropes. Then after the woman was shot, I started seeing the more out of control riot videos. The next day there were two separate stories, one of the cops allowing them in and the other of the cops getting their asses kicked.

Great video Crouton, thanks for sharing. It baffles me to see how thoroughly these people documented the crime they were in the midst of committing and uploaded it live to the internet. In almost every shot, you can see multiple cell phones recording, GoPros in some, and then later we find out many are on Parler and sharing location data so it's easy to map how far they infiltrated the building and also identify user accounts. The stupidity/audacity/boldness metric is off the charts.

I saw the same story, some cops let the rioters in, then when they got out of control others tried and failed to stop them.

Going to be a while before we get the full story, new stuff is coming out every day.

Holy shit, every new video that comes out seems to show how much worse it was than what the last one showed. This one from the New Yorker shows people rifling through documents to gather, I guess, incriminating congressional info. Then some other perspectives on just how violent the mob was. And jeepers, when you get to 8:45, it's like they are kneeling for a sermon in the Senate chamber. Bizarre stuff.

I know. And each one more alarming than the last. I was talking to a MAGA friend of mine Friday night. And of course, he was in that, "It wasn't that bad...I've seen some video, they were walking between the velvet ropes..." mode. Of course I was yelling at him. Can't wait to send the latest off to him.

And all that "This is an IO!" business. "Information Operation". Kind of creepy. It was the military dude with the zip ties (he found and was looking to return) who kept saying that.

Its a big building, so most likely both happened simultaneously.
There was also a video where it seems like a cop is giving hand signals to the protestors to come in, but the video was cut in a way so you couldnt see that she was actually giving signals to the approaching cops.

I'm not sure what the endgame is. Even if they were to assassinate Biden, Harris and Pelosi. The dems would still be in charge come the 20th.

And what do they think it would look like for the repugnican party to assassinate leaders the other party?

Do they think  usiness would go on as usual with the rest of the world? It boggles the mind

And for them to talk about tyranny! ROFL

They'd demand Trump as President, who would happily take it.

10 minutes later the national guard, by order of the current president, would kill everyone.
The right wing would see this as an unjust massacure and use it to radicalize everyone into action.

This is how they do it in the middle east.

The GOP would just claim it was a false flag antifa operation and their dumbass voters would fall for it.

It's terrifying how far into fantasyland they have gone. To the point QAnon supporters are being openly elected.

Even if everyone knew Republicans did the killings, they would just cheer and beg for a dictator to come save them.

I've never seen a group of people so happy to be dominated and controlled like the current right-wing.  Please give more of my money to the rich, Sir! And save me from the scary commies and socialists!

She talks too much because she's saying nothing. Many words, no meaning. Has nothing to do with her gender.
