So far as I can tell the only reason why Wise is continuing to deny the existence of this comet is because he hasn't seen it for himself.  That seems to be one of the 'ground rules' for conspiracy theorists. You have to see it for yourself directly in order to believe it.  I guess he thinks that everyone else in this discussion who has 'claimed' to have seen it and provided photos they have taken are lying as well.

Of course you can always shut your eyes whenever you look at the skies in which case you will never see what you don't want to see.

You have it backwards, you accept or reject evidence solely on if it agrees with your beliefs. This is not following the evidence, it's rejecting reality and only accepting what you already "know" to be true. Cherry picking to the highest degree.

There are millions of people who have seen the comet, it exists, there are pictures all over, scientists talking about it, everyday people are photographing it. I've provided photographic evidence, so have many others in this and other threads. There is no room for doubt here, the proof is overwhelming.
