They were manipulated by countries that first discovered printing and television. The most advanced countries in medicine today are countries such as China, Cuba, Indonesia, Korea, etc. However, since hospitals and medicines are free in these countries -I mean Cuba and China, partly- , their treatments are not accepted in western countries. In the West, drugs that do not work are used for doctors to make money, and vaccinations that make people sick since infancy are applied, and some flying doctors are spreading agricultural materials through people to get their money.

Similar things exist for other science subjects. There is a deception in all of the supposedly disciplines of science, by using television, radio, and books, imposing false information on people that have no value at all, and have nothing to do with reality.

We are not in that game but guess mostly knowingly. Because such collective stupidity cannot be at the same time. Very rarely those who are really ignorant might leaked among them.

Nothing is exact.  How tall are you in meters?  How about in centimetres?  Milometers?  Can you tell me how tall you are in nanometers?  Can you tell me how many atoms tall you are?  No, but that doesn't mean you have no idea if you are taller than a mouse or shorter than a skyscraper.

We can never know anything exactly, but that doesn't mean we don't know anything. 

Science simply tries to explain how things we can observe work. That's all. We have lots of math and equations that tell us how things behave, and those work very well.

But what's actually going on down there? Nobody can really know. We use math to model it, and build computers and cell phones and jet airplanes. So it works.

Science explains how things work, religion and philosophy is left to explain why we exist and all other questions.

No scientist would ever say we know everything, or anything exactly. There will always be more to learn.

There's isn't a President of Science or a Pope of Science or a Science Dictator that decides what is mainstream and what isn't.

Generally something is mainstream when it's accepted by the vast majority of scientists.  Quantum Mechanics is mainstream because it's been shown to work, and has produced results such as cell phones, computers and much of our advanced technology.

But we know Quantum Mechanics isn't the final answer because it does have it's limitations.  Once a new theory comes out that does everything QM does and more, it will become the new mainstream.  This could be a totally new theory, or just a few adjustments to the current one.
