That video is about "Israel's Iron Dome missile defence system" and not any "transparent solid material called 'Dome' above us".
The use of the term "Iron Dome" is purely figurative, meaning an effective missile defence system.
We also talk about people having an "iron will" - do they have a will literally made of the metal iron?

In any case, it talks about an "Iron Dome" and iron is NOT transparent.

Are you  saying that the rockets that were fired from Gaza into Israel hit a literal dome?  I can tell you from personal experience that some of the rockets land in Israel, destroy houses and kill people.  Why didn't your "dome" stop all of them?   Iron dome is the name of an anti-missile system.  I can't tell whether you are just trolling, or serious.

The X-15 plane flew far higher than any balloons have gone (other than by rocket ) and hit no dome!

I understood the FE concept of a dome to be what carries all the celestial bodies. Your image shows the Earths atmosphere in profile and in all its glory but that has got nothing to do with supporting celestial bodies.

We look through the transparent atmosphere to see the celestial bodies that lie beyond it.

I assume that you know that 'Mad Mike' was trying to show that the earth was flat using his rocket? He did not wanted to prove that there is a dome. However the earth is still not flat and there is no dome above the earth.

It's steam above us. The steam will distort the radar's waves. The water itself lies above the steam layer. Not to mention the solid dome.
You cannot detect the dome by the radar.
Claims that radar can detect the moon can be dismissed. How come you had to wait the feedback in days while you're on the earth which was spinning & revolving under the racing solar system?

Radar has the job only to detect (semi) solid objects which is not too far away.

The best way to detect the existence of the dome is by manual experiments, such as by rocket, helium balloon etc.
