Gods Kingdom is everlasting and He gives it to whomever He likes.
This isn't the end for us.
Baal is worshipped by more than abortion clinics, he is worshipped by politicians, celebrities and international financiers.
Our merchants have become our great men.

Politicians sacrifice to moloch.

As Shifter pointed out, the top of the Catholic church may worship baal. In fact I think they do.

You can buy idols directly from the Vatican.

Heh, I was just reading about the Catholic Church just now.
https://www.jesus-is-savior.com/False%20Religions/Roman%20Catholicism/satanic.htmIn response to that, there are several gods of the ancient pantheon. But what you will often see is an unholy "trinity" based on three gods: Baal (Molech), Ishtar, and Tammuz.
Tammuz has some similarities to Jesus, but the key here is that Tammuz did not die for sins. The yuletide and the burning of the log, as well as the date assigned to Christmas. But there are two ways to see this. The first is that these are disguised pagan traditions (and to avoid them like the plague). The other is that Jesus was built over Yule in order to replace it with something better. That the teaching of grace means we shouldn't make a big fuss, because avoiding something on principle is a works thing.
The other two, I find more problematic. Baal is a demon of power and sacrifice. Not only is he worshiped in abortion clinics, but as you say power groups like politics and the Catholic church. But the sacrifice thing is also why the works gospel is wrong, you sacrifice portions of your life to the idea of never being good enough.
Ishtar is a "female" deity, but one website I read noted that Mary is always crossing her legs, as if she is hiding something down below. In other words, Ishtar is what is behind the LGBT movement, and most of is about sterilizing the population through castration. I do wear a hamsa, cuz I equate it as a reminder of the "hand of God." I tend to emphasize (finding the cross something that Jesus himself would probably not approve of in retrospect).
But I'm aware that this symbol comes from the whole Ishtar/Fatima feminine thing (which reminds me, Islam has the same deal as Catholicism). As I say, I believe in building over things rather than allowing them to retain their original meaning. The hamsa now refers to that Jesus is present through all humanity. He lived and died to be God With Us, and the hand of God is in all places, watching over all things. No longer will this be an object of Isthar worship, but the worship of Christ incarnate. "Whenever you did it to the least of these, you did it to me." This is the hand of God, that Christ is present in all that we may meet. I strongly oppose mutilating the body to halt the potential birth of new children. If you wanna be genderfluid or gay/lesbian, that's one thing, but abortion and transgender are permanent things. Anne Heche changed her mind, but you can't take back the death of a child or the loss of sex organs. So yeah, I will replace the idol of Fatima and Ishtar with the idea of the hand of God as used by Jews. With the warning that we remember the hamsa, like the cross, is just a symbol. That it is Jesus that saves.
