I don't think Tulsi Gabbard has a chance in the primaries, but I like her.

I don't really like Tulsi and she has a pretty scary record of supporting awful stuff, but she is better than most other candidates. Probably the 3rd best one.

It's not that weird. They know people are going to do exactly what they are doing. They know it is easy to sow suspicion. Now everyone is talking about whether or not Tulsi Gabbard is a Russian asset, or a GOP mole. They could have chosen any candidate, and used whatever they talk about, then we'd think that one is being promoted by Russia and we'd be trying to figure out why.

I don't know all of her positions.  But from the way she talks she sort of feels like a moderate Republican.  Not to the point that I'd call her a Republican mole.  But I almost feel that she's running in the wrong primary.

Tulsi is one of the most anti-war candidates. They're trying to frame being anti war as being influenced by Russia or whatever. If they wanted to talk about Tulsi's suspicious foreign connections they'd talk about her weird links with hindu nationalists.
