The first item:

Ondule:

A corn snack with kebab flavor.  Kebab flavor turns out to be something akin to the cheese puffs we give babies. Not good.

Torku Enjoy Kek:  Like a cake.  Only more like it Intikam baked that cake.  And I suppose there's a possibility he did bake that specific cake.  It was not bad.  It was a bit like a poorly made Suzy Q.

Ulker Krispi Tirtikli Kraker Baharatli:

They're chips packed with the flavor of Baharat.  So you know what that means.

Nothing!  Not a god damn thing!  It's like eaten sour cream flavored lays.

Keyfifce Fistilki Ceserye:

Some kind of Turkish delight coconut and data bar.  I liked it okay.  A little like putting syrup on my belt and eating it.

Lush Cocoa Creme Mosaic Cookies:

A decent and normal cookie without any monkey brains bullshit going on.

Crunch Taco and Hardal Aramli cips:

Um, pita chips as far as I can tell.  They assured me up and down that there's a flavor.  Nope.

Mevlana Sekeri:

Candy.  I think.  The packaging made me things it was dehydrated miniature orange which would have been awesome.  Not quite.  But they're not bad.

So feel bad for Wise.  He does not get the junk food we get in civilized parts of the world

I don't see the suggestions in OP but I know what I eat.

scrambled eggs and tea for breakfast.

döner kebap and ayran as lunch, generally.

Iskender kebap , künefe as dessert,  Russian salad and/or caviar as garniture as dinner, generally. Drink may be various, nowadays blueberry juice.

I am pretty sure the only thing wise eats is the soul of his enemies.

I went to a Turkish Hairdressers the other day and they offered me a coffee, I said “yes please”, they said “would you like it Turkish or like the Costa?” When in Rome, thought I, “Turkish please” they brought a cup of coal tar filled to saturation point with sugar, I said thank you.

Whenever I'm asked, "would you like bla bla bla?"

Answer is, "Yes please".

It's usually pretty damn good.

Testers are suggesting.

I am sure you tasters know the things you have tested, hence you are suggesting it. But I'm satisfied only what I eat. These are quite different than you taste, eat.

I don't see the suggestions in OP but I know what I eat.

If you imagine to eat somethin else, keep it to your own taste. Actually, it is relevant with your dreams what you want to eat.  ::)

It looks like we agree that the food in Turkey, Greece and Lebanon is far more healthy than the typical American or Australian food.

Fresh goat milk, still warm from the udder, is delicious.

"Aborgines and Tasmanians" are all Australian. Tasmania might be a separate island but it is just as much "Australia" as any any other state.

I'm afraid the typical Australian diet is not much better than the American diet - there are far too many "big" (big around the middle ::)) people here too.

I did think that many Lebanese foods are similar to those of Turkey or Greece but you live there so would know better..

Sounds good and I guess you like Feta cheese? It's similar to Turkish "beyaz peynir" and commonly made from sheep or goat's milk.

It sounds as though we'd all be better off with "the things Wise has to eat". Maybe we'd all be more healthy.

I've no idea what Lebanese eat but know what Greece eats estimated. They eat similar things. But Lebanese kitchen seems like other Arab countries in my guess. there are thousands of years of established culinary culture in this region. Hence, foods are healthier. Australia and America do not have a built-in culinary culture because there are newer places. The kitchens known in America are those that belong abroad. such as Chinese cuisine, Turkish cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Japan cuisine, etc. countries like America and Australia, which do not have their own built-in cuisine, are more vulnerable to attacks of popular and unhealthy diets.

For example, you can tell me a Turkish food, an Italian food, a Chinese food, A Japan food, even a German food. But we don't have any idea what is an American or Austrlian foods? just like using English in your own country, you can at least have a healthy kitchen by imitating the relevant foods.

As a result of the topic; wise eats healty foods; the real problem here, what Americans have to eat.

Turkish restaurants is among my favourites because the food is so delicious and healthy.

What's an 'American' restaurant anyway? McDonalds? KFC? Nothing but greasy, fatty shit that is so salty and carb dense you finish the meal just as hungry as when you started. No thanks

Turkish restaurants is among your favourites because you haven't your own culinary culture. Americans haven't too. My point here you have to imitate one of culinary cultures and convert it to your own. Turkish cuisine, Italian, Greek, even Arabic cuisine can be. or a mixed kitchen. but you must have your own kitchen. people have discovered which foods are healthy after cooking for thousands of years. People know which food how has to be cooken and when has to be eaten. for example, yogurt can be eaten alone, but if you eat too much it will spoil your stomach. we eat yogurt with pasta or dolma. If they don't, we'il put bread in it. in this way, it causes less stomach fatigue.

Yogurt is anti-oxidant and anti-carcinogenic. it is the most common food that australians should consume. If you consume butter alone, it will make fat, excessive consumption can make vascular congestion. but less harmful in the molten state. therefore we use butter melted in the dish. if we have to eat individually, it is much more delicious and healthy on a warm bread.

Like this.

Excess salt will disrupt your stomach. however, salt is also preventive of cancer. I'm sure you Australians are against salt. but there is a risk of elevating blood pressure. I'm not saying salt is very good, it should be consumed less, due to risks.

I'm not a food expert. but I know this and countless things, because it's our food culture. this information comes culturally spontaneously. you should know and spread them.

Don't forget, yogurt is the best anti-oxydan. I know many people eats yogurt regularly and lived more than a century.
