Since the management team consists only of americans, the problem of authority occurs at night in America. There is no moderator between the specified hours. usually this problem is solved by the formation of a watch system by boydster and crouton, sometimes one comes early and the other comes early. however, this is not sustainable. this is exactly the situation today. In order to eliminate the time difference, one or more members living in Europe or Asia should be made a moderator. and let this person not be a believer in the flat earth, no problem.

wise, sometimes we get hit with a spammer when there's no one here to deal with it, but most of the time it happens when someone is here to deal with it.

I'm not looking to add anyone to the staff at this time, but I'll consider it.
I'm sorry. Am I to understand that when you have a boner you like to imagine punching the shit out of Tom Bishop? That's disgusting.

Even if you have moderators who are incapable of writing serious writings even in the s & c forum, I think you need to do more than just consider.

Yes, they shouldn't be spamming in S&C.

Someone learned how to use a spambot last night and they pointed it at the website. Not really a huge deal. I cleaned it up first thing this morning and those threads had less than 10 views each during the time they were up.

I appreciate your enthusiasm in trying to keep things tidy. If I can get the council to approve my pay raise, I'll consider expanding my hours a but further. This forum does a decent job cleaning up most spambot posts before they have that kind of exposure. This one just was a bit more of a go-getter than most and it got lucky that no one was watching at that time.

I understand that why moderation being American. as a result, the legal responsibility of other nationals is limited. there are risks to this end, and your management will need to take these risks into consideration if you prefer moderators from Asia or Europe. instead, maybe planning for crouton and boydster's weekend overtime shift can solve the problem. or you have sleeping moderators, they can be on duty at the friday after midnight and weekend morning. Just thought.

Alright Wise.  I'm going to try to answer this constructively.  I'll tell you something and I mean this from a place of love.  You're way too trigger happy with reporting posts to the mods.  I think you report more than everyone else combined.  I sort of get numb to it after a while.  I was actually up to around 3 last night.  If you reported the post I might have seen it but just brushed it off as another report from Wise of a user splitting his posts or something.

the more I talk about seriousness, the more you're talking about irrelevant things, proving that you're not fit for it. What the hell is this. How many times did you get a report because of due to post splitting? I think you just talk to talk. we already know how unnecessary people are moderators; and you are almost yelling how I am true about it. I gave up. the most malicious European is more useful than these Americans who are not aware of what they are doing.
