Hangover symptoms are a combination of alcohol withdrawals, dehydration, and vitamin deficiency (particularly your B vitamins) since ethanol is a diuretic.

If you idiots need any help from a professional, high-functioning alcoholic, let me know. I can help you beat a hangover almost every time. Having said that, there is always a point to where you will lose the match and a shit hangover is unavoidable. Not much you can do in that case, but hair of the dog does help. Taper it down the day after while replenishing vitamins and getting hydrated and you will be good to go Monday morning for work.

I have a regiment of vitamins and electrolytes before drinking, and making sure I drink 3 to 5 times more water than alcohol I consume.

For real though, take Aleve, drink plenty of fluids and eat as soon as your stomach will hold it down. You will be over it in a day and feel like new

But seriosuly...  whenever doing a substance you've never fucked with before you start small. I went to California earlier this year and didnt respect this strong ass weed my aunt has... and as a non weed smoker.... I thought I would show people what was up and take a big ol' drag and hold it for 30 seconds... a repeat.... not a fun night.... BUT.... NO HANGOVER THE NEXT MORNING!!!

I've come to really prefer weed over booze.

But booze is super tricky especially in a party situation because of the adrenaline and the energy of the party, it's hard to accurately gauge how fucked up you really are... and then when the party is over a wave of regret and pain comes crashing down on you.... my bachelor party... I'm drinking that jack D honey like a monster.... later on in the might im teetering on conciousness.... realizing where I am I hit the breaks and start chugging water... I get back to my buds place and start puking on the tree I had already picked out prior to starting.... gargling and spitting g out mouth wash to avoid the morning after puke mouth....


Weed is better... no hang overs, no loss of consciousness... I never even tried weed until I was in my mid 30s.... my first thoughts where... it is stupid that this is illegal and booze isnt... one day

On my 21st I was given amongst other things a pint of Southern comfort, which I drank, I don't remember a lot else other than lifting the seat of the toilet to be sick later, turns out it was the lid of a friends turntable, but the intention was good.

I remember something like that.  I also remember being asked to clean it up.  It seemed like a terrible injustice to me to ask me to clean when I could barely move.

He asked the same of me, I told him as he was a Kiss fan I'd done him a favour.

The only time I've thrown up because of alcohol was when I drank gin with cranberry juice or something. I didn't drink that much but there was something about that cranberry juice. It was also the first and last time I drank gin, pretty shitty drink imo.

Oh wait, no, I also threw up another time when I drank an obscene amount of wine together with raki. I got a bit freaked out at first because my vomit was red, but then I remembered that the wine I drank was red.
