REers, post here links to threads that FEers have been unable to answer coherently. I DO NOT MEAN THAT ARE STILL IN DEBATE, i mean threads that prove fatal flaws in the FE theory, I.E.,

the flight distances thread
FE sun does not set
FE horizon does not match real world
The threads in this one post
How does the sun work, and why does the current explination fit RE so well?
I'm sure there was an earleir thread of this but I cant find it; sun visible after sunset

This thread phails because they created it in the purpose of it getting mentioned. Sorry dude, DISQUALIFIED
please, take any discussion of these topics to the topics, this thread is for archival purposes.

Why, when looking at a ship traveling away from you in the water, does the hull dissapear before the masts

it is a rather poor reason, and RE has not yet backed itself up by any sort of verification of math in the thread.

I should put a requirement on how long it needs to be that an FEer does not answer before it's allowed

One thing that haven't been able to do & never will be able to do is produce an accurate map of the world with accurate scale distances.

This is even though it would be easier to produce a map of a flat world than a spherical world.

Go figure.

This is by no means a "fatal flaw" in FE. In fact, it's still a point of conjecture. There have been equal numbers of accounts of having seen such an effect as there is as haven't seen it.

The sun will never set, nor does it follow a semi-circular path through the sky, nor does it maintain a single speed throughout the day.

2)  http://theflatearthsociety.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7835

The only time there would be a definite horizon line is durring a temperature inversion.

If we do save Fred, what are we going to do with him?

Here are some oldies, but goodies:

1)  http://theflatearthsociety.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4785&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

Why can't we see the sun at night?  (among many other topics; a long one)

Okay, just one.

Nono, as in I mean it's not a fatal flaw for FE, because not being able to see the sun can be explained by the fact the sun is a spotlight. THe arguments that follow this are already posted above, but I don't think you can count this one.

as this is true, i raised a question in the most recent incarnation of the thread. This one wont be added, as it does not match my criteria, but if the newest one goes on long enough without major challenge I will add that.

if you have not guessed by now, by 'approve', i mean add into the list in the first post.

I'm altering my entry criteria, any thread that makes them create a middling to large change will be put in a separate list in the first post.

a third list will be made for points that were FE-stumpers but have receded back into contention.

Here are a few topics of old that I don't think were very well answered:

#1. The Cavendish Experiment.  Strong evidence for the existence of gravity.

#2. Stellar Parallax.  Evidence of the Earths orbital motion.
http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5977

#3. Illumination of the Earths surface in a way that is incompatable with FE.  Erasmus postulated an interesting explination, but provided no evidence.
http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5240&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

#4. Lunar Libration and measuring satelites altitude

http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5078&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

#5. Some pretty good evidence for the space program

The only thing I wanted to show in my last post, it was that the FEers are not answering, but joking, so there is no sense to ask about the coherency of their posts..
..or?..what is this topic about?

It's quite remarkable really that both Israel and Palestine have no qualms about slaughtering the crap out of each other - but they are perfectly willing to work together jovially and hide a secret that wouldn't make much difference to the world. -rdethgy
