My Foucault pendulum thread.

You weren't the first.  (Actually, I highly doubt I was the first.)

But... but... mine was better explained! And better discussed! waaahhh
It's quite remarkable really that both Israel and Palestine have no qualms about slaughtering the crap out of each other - but they are perfectly willing to work together jovially and hide a secret that wouldn't make much difference to the world. -rdethgy

Actually, mine sucked.  So, yeah, you should get extra credit points or something.

atttttttup was right when he said joseph bloom is right, The Engineer is a douchebag.

Oh yeah, and my Earthquakes and the p waves they cause thread. No answers to that one, either.

I figure a straightforward "distance from New Zealand to Chile" is the best disprover; the FE theorist has to basically come out against the most basic Euclidean Geometry.

I thought about making my own thread on it, but i was too lazy to make any observational calculations, and also for the sake that this Forum's probably seen that arguement a million times.

I'll add this discussion about the length of a day regarding the movement of the sun in a flat earth, and why it fails.

I disproved their logic:

They can't answer against it.

There you go dantheman40k, a FEer has made a contribution to the thread.

Erasmus isn't an FE'r.  look in the threads they hold out for 'believers'.  He turned down a debate because while he'll play out the scenarios, he doesn't actually believe them.

This thread wanders a bit, but what it gets down to is there is NO way for the FE sun to move around the sky.  It is a very different idea than the spotlight concept.

 http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8927

The next thread is one where they, interestingly laid out an explanation for the sun staying in the sky.  It was promptly put down like a dog with rabies

This is the one thread with all the proof that they are wrong. We can't let this one die.

No, I split it because it was hijacking the thread.

I hope you're still going through these to see if they really are RE winning threads and not just people not getting answers due to covered-topics.

If you like, I can remove any posts that don't contain the specified topics

I'll admit, I glazed over some, as I do not have much time right now. I haven't 'officially' and independently acknowledged the threads on THIS particular page, I'll get to doing that probably Firday.

Could you post links to all the RE-winning threads on the front/first message, RESOCR? By just listing 3 specific threads, then a link to a bunch of other threads, then saying "all the links on page 4" isn't going to show the sheer volume of proofs for RE and against FE.

Yes, because as we all know, saying "Case closed" at the end of a thread wins the argument.
