Just to kinda understand the sitch, there are still two WC's running around, one of which is now essentially a Penguin. That new Penguin/WC will be ordered to kill someone tonight by Boyd most likely not the one chosen to be lynched. So if we get lucky and happen to lynch the Penguin/WC tonight, does the remaining WC get turned into a Penguin?
And isn't there still a goddamned Werewolf still lurking about?

There are 6 wildcards, as a matter of fact. That was supposed to be kept secret, but I'm dead now so there. Also, I passed the penguin powers to CFC!

No, let's say the hybrid penguin /wildcard dies today, that is it for that penguin and wildcard. There is still a wildcard that can win...but without the ability to actually kill a villager it would have to Jedi mind trick the villagers to lynch each other.
