"What happens when people want the most expensive and hard-to-find products? for example, how many Lamborghini per hour can you produce?"
>> I am not competent to answer. Let industry country people respond it. We only have variety of raw materials.
Since any raw material can be easily obtained by any manufacturer through WA ordering

(because there are no financial handicaps anymore) the production can be increased to respond the demands. Build more manufacturers and get more manpowers etc.
And in this system there is no such thing as 'expensive products', coz everything is free. To produce Lamborghinis is as valuable as to produce salt. Manpower + raw materials = products, whether glamorous or simple. All products are great but free. All are regarded valuable as long as needed by humans.
By the way what if one has to choose: which one is more important, Lamborghini without salt, or salt without Lamborghini?
