I'd like to chose an avatar, but it always rejects it.
What are the limitations for an avatar (size, image format etc)?

125x125 (I believe)

Are you trying to direct upload or are you using a hosted image?

125x125 is the max for height and width. We have the security settings set to high for attachments, so that causes a lot of them to be rejected.
