I can't be bothered working it out for the 21st of June, 2019 but on the 5th of July, 2019:

The Distance from the centre of the earth to the sun at sunrise is about: 152,104,285 km.

The Distance from the centre of the earth to the sun at noon is about: 152,104,285 km.

The Distance from the centre of the earth to the sun at sunset is about: 152,104,285 km.

The Distance from the centre of the earth to the sun at midnight is about: 152,104,285 km.

Subtract about 6375 km for the earth's radius and 695,510 km for the radius of the sun, though this figure is a bit hard to define exactly.

Since the 5th of July, 2019 is the date of the aphelion the time of day will have very little effect on the distance.
