I found a website which has simulations for both the globe and flat Earth model.

It has the dome model as flat Earthers claim it to be. You can play around with it and see how the moon and the sun behave in your dome model.

Here is an old one. The theory of the Electromagnetic Accelerator states that there is a mechanism to the universe that pulls light upwards. All light curves upwards. This is an alternative to the perspective theory proposed in Earth Not a Globe. Sunset happens as consequence of these curving light rays, as well as limited visibility of objects and the sinking ship effect.

Though I don't know if Walter Bislins has sun angle simulators.

It does have the sun angle thing. There's no real model to go with, but he shows both the proposed position of the sun and the observed position of the sun. He even includes a curve showing how the light bends to get from one to the other.

The big issue with it is this:
"Light-Bending: This Model shows how light rays from the Dome on the Flat Earth Model have to be bent to match the apparent positions of Sun, Moon and Stars and to produce the Tracks, Star Trails and Day-Night Terminator as observed in reality for each time and location on earth. Only by bending the light rays as shown by this Model it is possible that Sun, Moon and Stars can go apparently down below the horizon, while they are still above the Flat Earth."
It appears to not be so much of a model, to be just showing what is needed.
