i would like to know if its possible for airlines to fly from USA to japan without crossing europe/middle east
according to your world map, the plane would have to cross the end of the world. and yet planes fly this route daily? (just wondering, not trying to offend anyone)
On Flat Earth map direct flights cross noth polar circle, not Europe or Middle East.
On Globe direct flights go across northern Pacific, still not over Eaurope or Middle East.
Mac, you do realise that both diagrams are basically the same thing. This is because the so-called flat earth map is an AEP projection of the globe. I know you know this. But for flat earthers who believe they are "woke" and the rest of us are asleep, THERE IS NO FLAT EARTH MAP. What they claim is simply a projection of the globe from the northernmost point of said globe. The closest to a researched and calculated flat earth map that exists is what Inky is trying to create, which by the way can only work if we invoke Da Conspiraci that says there are no flights from Sydney to Santiago - appart from the massive inconsistencies in distance but that is a totally different thing.
Yes it is possible to fly from Japan to the US over Europe and the middle east or going the other way over the pacific.
And in case we are not addressing your question, flat earthers believe the earth is flat in the shap of the Azimuthal Equidistant Projection of the globed earth and so it doesn't end east of Japan or West of the Americas. They believe we all curve on an arc centered on the North Pole. To "drop off" the earth, you'll have to go over Antarctica, which they believe is a 150mile ice wall on the circumference of a flat circular (?) Earth.
