Actually this is entirely true.
You see, during the wars between Britain and France Canada was a bit of both, and Britain needed to cement loyalty in Canada. France was wondering just what the Hell was going on, but went with it anyway since they're Europes bitch, although not at that time. But anyhow, Britain faked a revolutionary war, and then made this fake country attack Canada so Britain could save it, thus making themselves the hero.
France was embarassed because they couldn't come to Canada's aid themselves, and then this so called America, after having fulfilled it's use was cut off. People who got to the South border of Canada were killed, but nowaways they use a variety of mind altering substances.
As for Mexicans, they're told America's real so they go north to do slave labour for Britain in fake labour camp "towns". They think they've got it good, but they're little better than slaves.
