I've got to be honest here.  I don't feel good about this at all.  It's like they've elevated some ass grabbing when he was a comedian to the level of rapist.  This sounds like mob justice.

Personally, I feel we should hold our leaders to a high standard. Mistaking signals and making a pass where it is unwanted is one thing. Pantomiming grabbing someone's breasts while she is passed out is way out of line. He doesn't deserve that position.

Well, it's her fault for not wearing grope resistant body armor.

He's the loudest voice on the judiciary committee - the one that would be having hearings if Mueller was fired. It was a Bannon hit job.

There was more than one accuser if I'm not mistaken. But I do agree, if it is an isolated incident, then reprimand is appropriate but removal wouldn't be, unless the incident involved a 14 year old.

I think if the Dems hadn't been rallying against Moore because of his sleezy behavior, Franken may have been allowed to stay in office. However, when you try to claim moral superiority, you have to take out your own trash when it's brought to light.

A person's innocent until proven guilty. He is not guilty by allegations alone. All we have is word of mouth. I'm not about to pick up a torch just yet without more solid evidence.

Legally? Only if it was a repeat thing that turned into harassment, which doesn't seem to be the case.

Morally? Depends on the company. Some people are totally fine joking around like that. Some people aren't. They were on a comedy tour, so I imagine they weren't in a particularly prudish mindset. In a sane world, if you are uncomfortable with a joke, you go "please don't do that again", and then they go "oh, sorry, I won't", and that's the end of it.
