Flat Earth DIY.

A few people have asked about radio hams or airline pilots being flat earth believers.     I'm going to bring it down to earth slightly, and within the realms of possibility...  Any flat-earth DIY enthusiasts out there?
How do you cut a piece of wood in half with your refusal to measure anything?   I'm  guessing there are some very wobbly tables in flat earthers' houses!

Hmm..  As nobody's answered I'll take it as a no.      What I'd suggest then is you flat earth believers to get some wood and some tools and get into it!    If you start to understand why you can't saw a piece of wood accurately in half without measuring anything, then you might also understand how you can't determine the shape of the earth without measuring anything.

How?   I see "it looks flat so it must be flat" written by flat earth believers.     What's the difference with "it looks like half so it must be half"?

Measurement without any units (such as the method you suggested) is brilliant. Pure geometry!

A great example is checking the straightness of a straightedge..    Get three of them.  If each one is flat against both the other two then they all must be straight.  Measurement with pure geometry and logic.  No numbers or units necessary.

You seem to be discussing the semantics of the word 'measure' rather than my point of flat earthers refusing to use geometry.   I should have worded my initial post better to prevent such derailment.

I should have maybe written "How do you cut a piece of wood in half with your refusal to use any tools or any kind of geometrical construction to measure anything?" to prevent anyone misunderstanding the meaning of 'measuring'.
So.    Any flat earth DIYers out there?    How do you measure things?  Why don't you apply the same methods to understanding the shape of the earth?
