No. I leave that to my Arianespace experts. It is quite simple to modify any Earth orbit. Problem is to know your location in LEO to start the transfer and to end up in the required location in GEO. My expertise is safety at sea and structural analysis. I have also met people that were asked to build atomic bombs in the 1940's and declined.

The latter is interesting. I was >20 years ago informed that the visor was maybe knocked off in a collision with a US Navy sub. Even a name of the sub was given. So I contacted known US sailors if they had any info about it, some replied and all said no. Later I found out that the visor was blown off the wreck under water by my own navy. Imagine that. The visor case is still open. Next year it is 25 years since the Swedish prime minister ordered a cover-up and murder of people in the know.
