You keep showing how much you don't understand about nuclear reactions.  Moderation is the process of reducing neutron energies so the fuel will capture them and fission.  The fuel in fast fission reactors don't need to have the neutron energies reduced and therefore are NOT moderated.  You clearly don't understand what moderation is or how control rods control the reaction rates...thus the reason they're called "control" rods.  These concepts are lost on you which is just another reason in a long line of reasons showing you have no idea what you're talking about.

You really should learn how nuclear reactions work before you make unfounded claims as to what is real and what isn't.

She always visited me regularily whereever I was; Gothenburg, London, Yokohama, Malmö, Rotterdam, Monte Carlo, Beausoleil. When she was 95 she slipped at my tennis club, Monte Carlo Country Club, and decided to stop travelling abroad.
