Rainbow

A full circle rainbow.  You normally only see an arc because the bottom half is below the horizon.  A construction crew in St. Petersburg caught one on video.  Regardless of FE or RE this is very cool.  It's very rare to see and usually only seen from a plane.

Well mr. sand says colors don't exist. So in his eyes, yes rainbows don't exist.

Very impressive. I always stop my car to watch one whenever I encounter a rainbow, they're really beautiful.

Perhaps it's a wormhole to reach the Leprechaun's pot of gold and it only works when the rainbow is a full circle.
