The funny thing is there are gullible people who will respond,  and then after they get ripped off, go to the police complaining that they didn't receive the counterfeit currency they paid for.

The scammers don't actually have to print anything.   Zero overhead.

MetheleneChloride (DiChloroMethane) will get rid of the black ink on the face of a dollar bill. Soak it for a couple of hours.
(may need to scrub with a Q-tip to get rid of it all).

Don't worry about the back.

Print a $5 or $10 on the front.

Nobody looks at the back of a small note.

That won't work over here. we have plastic notes,  that are supposed to be harder to forge,  and the notes are different sizes and colours. 

But don't let me stop you,  I won't tell a soul .... oh crap.

I was Technical Director of an electronics company,  and  one of the share holders (another director) complained we weren't making enough money,  so I colour photocopied a few fifty dollar notes, and took them to the next board meeting,  asking if this was what he had in mind.     Lucky he had a sense of humor.

He kept reminding me for years afterwards.

Luckily the shopping center was closed,  but the 5 people on the plane,  4 american tourists and the pilot sadly died instantly.

Just for fun  I googled his email address.   And it's not only counterfeit currency he's selling,  it's a full service counterfeit operation,  I wonder if he has a drive-thru?

I'm betting the market for fake Syrian passports has taken a dive lately.   Not a big seller anymore.
