The Difference between Flat and Ball Earth
« on: July 28, 2016, 12:44:26 PM »
Flat Earth is based on Science, Facts, Reasoning and Repeatable Experiments:
- Water is Flat
- Horizon is Flat
- Barometric Pressure and Density, known measurable forces, can account for Gravity
- Horizon doesn't drop when gaining altitude from Amateur rockets and balloons
- Star Constellations haven't changed in 5000 years

Ball Earth is based on Eye Deceptions, Questionable Pictures and Eye Witness Testimony, Atmospheric Refractions, Invisible forces that cannot be measured:
- NASA composite images that have been caught manipulating (duplicate clouds, admitted photoshops)
- You can see Chicago skyline across Lake Michigan but it is a Mirage.
- Suggesting GPS proves the earth is round when it can work from cell-tower triangulation
Disclaimer: I am confused. Everything I say is speculative and not admissible in a court of law; however, I am neither insane nor a threat to myself or others. I am simply curious about everything in life and enjoy talking about crazy shit. Oh, & btw I like turtles.

Standard level doesn't necessary mean flat.
1. Sailing in the SOithern Hemisphere while not encountering 4 times the area.
2. Seeing the same stars while look 180 degrees opposite.
3. The sun not shrinking to 1/4 it's size at sunrise and sunset.
4. 24 hour daylight at Antarctica.
5. The sun peaking in the green spectrum.

Plus more.

Ummm...  You do realize that the earth has been known to be round for about 2000 years before NASA, Chicago, GPS or cell towers, don't you?
Science is what happens when preconception meets verification.

Hahaha!
Leave it to iWitness to make a fool of the entire FES!
Again!

Don't bother reasoning with him; his points are so terrible that they eat themselves!

Yes.

Perfect!

You got it, buddy!

Preach it boy...

Preach it!
The shills are everywhere. They intercept every communication to insert ball earth propaganda. Disgusting!!

Stick close , very close , to your P.C.and never go to sea

To triangulate you need:
  • three objects with a location
  • an object or event to track
  • the distance to that object recorded individually by each object
I don't know if cell towers have their location, or their distance to the reciever.

What about in places with no cell service, or not enough cell towers to triangulate? GPS devices can work there I'm sure...

Wait for towers on boats/ships or other ad hoc argument. Apparently there are thousands  of them across oceans. No to mention them being placed on deserts, high mountains and other not-so-good-and-most-likely-unhabitated terrain.
