I don't have a specific name.  Some say Merrick Garland.  But the problem with him is that he supports Citizens United.  So he's still too corporate for my tastes.

What I would really like to see is restoring the filibuster rule.  Get some kind of bipartisan consensus.  In my opinion nuking the filibuster was probably worse than stealing the pick from Obama.  Now when the Democrats are in power they're going to install far left justices and the Supreme Court will just be another partisan institution.

I think I also like the idea of long term limits.  These justices have a mindset rooted in the times that they thought marijuana leads to jazz music and raping white women.

Remember, it was Harry Reid(D) who invented the nuclear option to expedite Obama's judicial appointments, but I guess they never thought it would come back to bite them in the arse.
