Moderators giving disingenuous responses

So, what do you think one should do if a moderator gives a disingenuous response? Like in this thread, and I am pretty sure there are many other such threads:

No, I don't believe he believes that the ships disappear when going beyond the horizon because of the waves. I even explained why they can't, if it really needs to be explained to anyone, yet he ignored it.

While its not my favorite explanation, and it has its issues, that has been a mainstay for a longtime in FE. I even gave it a paragraph in my book. If you have shown it to be wrong, I'm sure people will see that and take note. I wouldn't worry about it.

No, they won't. That's how you FE-ers persist. By hiding the problems with FET and by hiding the rebuttals of your arguments. Most of the questions raised in the debate and the Q&A section are stupid. Most of the people are stupid when it comes to science. You know more science than most of the people, but that doesn't make FET right. That only makes the intelligent questions about FET hard to notice of all those stupid questions in Debate and Q&A section.
You may move this into Angry Rating, but that doesn't make it any less true.
