Explain in simple terms why  the forms of Classical Mechanics  ( aka Newton et al )  depend logically on the structure and rules of QM.

In other words why does QM logically precede Classical Mechanics.

Particle wave duality is in essence describing light as both a particle and a wave at the same time because it shares characteristics of both. The two slit experiment is a good example of this.
