You sound like a very wise person...I admire your accomplishments. I too find no refuge in churches. I haven't been to a church in many years except for funerals and I don't put my trust in many preachers either. Religion is just like anything else, it can be good and it can be bad; we are challenged to separate the two.
I appreciate that, I really do. The accomplishments are whatever, those were for my g parents who raised me and then my wife and kiddo later on. Seeing none of them are around anymore after events I have spoke about before. Then I really could care less (about most things at this point in my life sadly, suppose I should snap out of it one day). Though wisdom has always been a compliment, as I find that more valuable than even the highest degree of book smarts, and twice as useful.
I admire your passion for flat earth and other things. I can tell you are not just some idiot parroting info or trolling. I have no doubt there is something seriously flawed in scientific beliefs. Rather it be the earth is flat, gravity, ect ect, I don't know yet however I am attempting to find out.
Though I haven't seen much that has blown my mind on the flat earth theory. I see the plausibility of geocentrism an interesting idea. Though not really the sun rotating around the earth(though could be a possibility)..but all the solar systems rotating around ours. The latter, there is actually a growing amount of real evidence backed by real doctrate level astronomers that points to the possibility.
Though not as earth shattering as say a flat earth, it would certainly shake things up. Even if everything is correct, par the fact that all the solar systems spin around us..that implies some heavy implications.
Anything that takes away from the "fact" that we are just a cosmic fart that won the cosmic lottery, mainstream loathes.
If the mass populous believed there was something different about us or our planet. That they themselves as a person could be special, the minority could never control them, rule them, or fleece them. This is why Yehushua was hated, not because He said He was the son of God and performed miracles. It is because he didn't play the game, he went against the ruling class, the Pharisees (ruling religion) ect. He knew the mind games they played on the people to keep them dumb, down, and under control. Believe me, if he would have played their game, did miracles for their cause ect..they would have advertised and sold him.
View our lives now, same thing. However, they are just 2000 years more experienced. They have figured out how to remove any god and they removed our self worth by telling us we are nothing but a cosmic fart.
If you look at the chain of events in the last 100 years and where we stand...its pretty ingenuous. People accomplished in a hundred years what their predecessors have been trying to do since the beginning of time
