Any conspiracy would seem irrational... until it was proved to be true.

So what would should I do then? I know I don't need glasses, my doc has told me I have perfect eyesight, so that's out. Should I close my eyes and imagine that it is flat? I know I can make things seem otherwise if I pretend. So maybe if I pretend that I am seeing the flat earth, it will be real?

There's no need to pretend, the evidence of a flat earth is right out your window.

Perhaps you should perform the experiments and proofs in FE literature to decide the shape the earth for yourself.
