lets check the edge - I bet 100K euro on it

Let's organize an expedition to the edge of the earth.

I bet 100.000 eur that the Flat earth Society and his believers are wrong. there is no edge and the earth is round as any other planet visible in the universe.

this is how should work, I give 100K euro and Flat Earth Society, or any FE association or single believer, gives 100K euro to a 3rd party, like a notary.

The FES will then lead an expeditions to the edge of the earth (I will go with them). if we dont reach it and I am right i will get their 100K, if we reach it i lose my 100K.

so Not only FES get 100K but also full recognition.
 



   

In my version you are correct, there is no edge. We live inside our Earth cell and your trek to the so called edge would literally be a trek UP a gradient of snow and ice before death stops you going any further.
Basically nobody gets anywhere near where the foundation meets the ice dome.

Your version is based on what? Facts or just Your opinion or the fear to be wrong? So basically you believe in something nobody ever saw and nobody can ever prove, like a god. That's definitely not smart.

Flat Earthers are either all very lazy or they all know theres a good chance they are wrong, but don't want it to be proven. This site has been up since 2004, and from what I have seen, none of these guys have even considered trying to find the edge. Which really wouldn't be too hard to do if a group of them pooled some money together for an expedition.

Why do they have to mount an expedition?, can't they just look at the ice wall with a high powered lens / telescope from any part of the world. They might even see the so-called army men.

But after thinking about it, I think that could be one of the greatest reality shows ever - A bunch of Flat Earthers journey to find the edge of the world. B.o.b. and Tila Tequila can be in the cast. I need to get the rights to that somehow.

I wonder if they were all pooled together whether they could finally settle on a working model for the flat earth, seems everyone has their own spin on it. It's a show I could watch, I just don't know for how long.

I am not a teenager who just studied the first chapter of his physic's book and think he is better than the last 500 years of scientists.
To be honest if somebody would like to bet against me , since the win is 100% sure and there is a 100% ROI ( double your money)  in possibly 1 year, nobody would have any problem to match any amount the FE could collect. billions too, but i doubt any FE will have the courage to bet even 1 euro.

it's 3 days I am interested on FE theory, not for the theory itself but to understand the people who support it, and i see it's the product of the freedom of speech on internet where anybody can write something based on prejudices and find other stupids who agree on it.
Don't be offended by the word stupid, we all sometimes behave stupidly and the world is full of declared stupid people ( religious people ) but here not only people like to show their stupidity ( knowing that what they say is not verified by any experiment but it's just the result of their sick reasoning) but also some to show off their limited knowledge about physics ( which really make them a shame for humanity).

It doesnt matter if you are 15 or 45 a MAN is a man when is free from prejudices , when his opinions are based on facts and when he is able to risk something for his idea....therefore no real man in this forum.
