Why the "an" before "he"? Do you not pronounce the "H"?
The rules for "a" and "an" vary a slightly among English dialects, but the general rule is to separate two adjacent vowel sounds, I think the "he" doesn't start with a vowel sound, so it should be "a he" whereas
you would never say "a hour" it's always "an hour"... then the transatlantic variances come into it with things like "a historic event" in the UK, and "an historic event" in the USA.
So if you accent is such that "he" starts with a vowel sound, you'd put "an" rather than "a".
Interesting question.
