No, it is clearly permitted on these forums to say that a picture cannot be used as evidence for either side, because they are too easily faked. If you're willing to accept a photo as evidence then it's perfectly fine, the FE's just don't.

Yes that's what the FAQ says, but the usual anser is "that picture is fake"
