How does it work in FE?

Short reminder:

The path is a semi-circle that is perpendilucar to the surface.

Explaination in globe setup is trivial.

But in FE? No DET please...

In FE the Sun would rise 45^o off the east direction and will set 45^o off the west (see famous FE picture with the Sun over the plane). So in fact there is only 90^o difference, not 180^o as observation provide. The Sun path is very consistent and straight, there is no room for optical effects unless you make up something that can bend the light by 45^o.

So, what kind of explaination do you have for that? If any at all?

I'm pretty sure someone will bring up DET anyway.

I don't see how DEF can bring much to the table. Since we don't know anything about the Sun except it is in the center of the Earth, I can't imagine how any actual angles can be measured. It just goes up and down and rotates and Aether does the rest - magically.

You know I never seen the measurements for refraction if that were true.

Is this going to be yet another crucial part of FE model that is simply ignored?

I do not get it - you FEers believe the Earth is flat but you cannot explain basic events and facts. You claim your model a "theory" but you never bother researching it. You just rely on one book wrote 150 years ago, that is massively flawed. And you parrot it again and again.

Can you start thinking by yourself and find the acutal answer instead of copy-paste the old pseudo-scientific book that has no scientific value?
