Ok so I've spent the time to actually read over "Sara H B Ranson's" websites and I wanted to say a few things.
First, Tom, I'm sorry for attacking you and for insulting you. I was not fully aware of the situation at that time and I feel pretty bad about it now.
Secondly Tom, all the problems you talk about on your websites are not people ganging up and trying to get you. I know you won't believe this but it's true. Many of those people are actually trying to help you, but you also have to want to help yourself. I think you're actually probably a fairly intelligent person and I'm sure that if you changed your attitude you could definitely go on to lead a peaceful life.
The way you treat people makes them defensive and dislike you. From an independent perspective, while I can understand why they feel that way, I think it shows their lack of understanding and compassion for mental illness.
I think it would go along way if you could accept that people aren't out to get you and could comply with what they ask you to do. I read through your documents and I see perfectly reasonable requests from people met with paranoia and delusional views of their motives. I have very little experience with mentally ill people and I don't know if I can do anything to help, but I've also seen that you're an intelligent person and I think that if you try to think about things from a observational perspective maybe you can learn to fight your mental issues and become a more rational person.
In fact mentally ill people are usually more intelligent than the average person and mental illness is something that effects many people and cannot be helped. It doesn't make you a bad person or stupid person. I have very strong calf muscles but I still sometimes hurt them while other people I know who do not do any kind of physical exercise never hurt their calves. You have something wrong with your brain, just like a calf muscle injury. It's not your fault, it's not anybody else's fault. It means as much about you as my calf injuries mean about me. Please don't question this, accept it as the true.
When you have these conflicts with people, think to yourself "would Beast think this is rational behaviour or would he think I'm being paranoid?" I am sure you can work out what I'd think about your actions. I know you can do this and I know you are capable of leading a normal life. You have to choose to do so first though.
I also think you really should go and see a dr and explain to him as much as you can about your mental illness. You need to show him your websites and tell him how much time and effort you put into this. You also need to not worry about the past. Nobody is out to get you. When somebody asks you to do something, it's for your best interests to do what they say, even if you don't think so. Drop all the things you're doing to discredit Sarah Branson, and that politician. Stop photographing people when they come to your house, tidy the place up, apologise to Tracy Day and tell her you need help with your life. Trust her. Let the council people come around and fix up the windows. Be patient. Stop asking them why they cut the power off. Eventually they'll put it back on. Don't wire anything up - especially don't wire up your door to electrocute people. If people give you a bad time, instead of fighting them, take a personal moral high ground. Know that avoiding conflict is always the best course of action and that you doing so makes you a better person than they are. Finally good luck. You are in a tough position and one I'm glad I'm not in. All I can offer is my moral support and advice but I have faith in you.
To everybody else on the forum: I think you should read those links that Tom posts and have a sense of compassion. 1 in 4 people suffer from mental illness and I think it is very cruel and horrible to attack them over it. I ask that we all show respect for Tom.
Finally there are a couple of really good books I suggest you read Tom - both by the same author.
A Scanner Darkly by Philip K Dick and Valis - also by Philip K Dick. A Scanner Darkly is also a movie staring Keanu Reaves. Definitely worth watching although it may not have come out yet (comes out on November 30 in Australia but I've already seen it).
