I knew someone who went on IFERS, it's not as good a place as you say. It's not a place for any kind of research or discussion: it's primarily a home for conspiracy theory, not FET, and if you dare question anything you're banned and kicked out with no warning.
Nothing from IFERS qualifies as an 'educated' rumour.

That site is known for kicking you out for asking a question.  It is an excuse for Eric Dooby to promote his book.  Accordind to him, all other FEers are paid by the government to lie.  I am still waiting for my government pay check.  The man is a paranoid nut case.

I can't check out the IFERS site because I've been banned for suggesting that you could take a bubble level to the beach to determine if the horizon really is at eye level or not.

I got banned on ifers,   so I can't see the site to comment on what they think,  but I can tell you that  density is so easily disproven, that I can only think the real shills are the IFERS mob,  they take stupid to a whole new level.  I don't like UA either but it's harder to disprove than density.

IFERS site has some of the most disgusting anti-Semitic filth I've come across.  The site is run by penguins.
