The name of UFO is Vimana Shastra, its a vedic name from ancient India, but it has many names. Flying saucer is the most common name used today. OK back to your questions;
1. Yes Nazis invented transdimensional travel toward the end of WWII around 1945. supposedly it was invented with the help of Aldabaran aliens but that is questionable. However yes Nazi scientists have developed anti gravity saucer craft, and went to so called Antarctica. (Look into operation highjump) There are also countless other videos on youtube that will teach you about Nazi UFO's. Just do some research you will see. However there is a great deal of confusion and false information about this. Most people think that Nazis were looking for entrance to hollow earth near south pole. Truth is Nazis knew that earth was flat and infinite and they went to Antarctica to explore new worlds beyond the ice.
2. Nazis only lost the war on paper. They never really lost. Rather they made a deal with Americans and Russians. Today's America is actually run by corporate system which is precisely Nazi. Most American politicians especially on the right wing are totally fascist you can't see this? Former German scientists are responsible for everything that NASA does. They engineer rockets and all the technology you see today. Nazis never surrendered. Rather a compromise was reached.
3. Nazis never fled to the moon or any place. Most Nazis are dead of course but their legacy is well preserved in America.
