Hello naomi, my name is not important, but I go with Conker in most places.
I am an atheist (and a apatheist agnostic, to be more precise) as well, but I do belive I know to a very high degree of certainty that the Earth happens to be round (an irregular oblate spheroid, of course, but you get the idea).
I will try to answer your questions. While I do have an STEM degree, I am no geologist, nor an expert of any kind. I will try to lead you to any better source of information, in the case I cant give it to you.
1. How come we are moving super fast but no space video if it really is video shows the high ass speeds!
Im not a native speaker of english, so excuse me if I dont grasp the meaning of this question. I think you want to know why no videos show the earth rotating at a very fast rate? If so, I happen to know the solution.
Rotation works a bit diferent than displacement movements. The linear speed (the magnitude of the velocity) of a rotating object does not only depend of the rate of rotation (the angular velocity), but also depends on the distance of the point you are measuring the speed at to the center of rotation: the farther something is from the center, the faster it will be. This would suggest that satellites, that are even more distant from the rotation center of the earth, would show even more clearly the speed of a spinning earth. However, there is a catch. Satellites are in orbit. Imagine this situation: you are a f-35 ace pilot, looking down of the cockpit of your plane. Right below you, there is a test run for experimental cars that go up to 400 km/h, going on the same direction than you. To your eyes, they are moving slowly, or even backwards, depending on your speed.
With satellites, something else happens. In order to keep an orbit stable, a very high linear velocity must be atained. There are some special orbits (geosynchronical orbits, and beyond), that do rotate around the centre of rotation as slow as the earth goes, some of them even slower. However, even those orbits (which have a very low linear speed) go as fast as 11000 km/h.
There is another catch. Almost all satellites are launched in the same direction of rotation as the earth, creating the "jet car from jet plane" effect. Why? Fuel saving: you dont have to fight against your initial linear velocity.
2.Other planets do not spin !
They actually do! In fact, check out Uranus (no pun intended). It's axis of rotation is almost horizontal (to the solar orbit plane). This does suggest scientists that a earth sized protoplanet knocked Uranus into that tilt.

This would fit more onto lunar landing conspiracy, which is not entirelly in topic. All lunar landing conspiracy claims that I know off have been debunked, check those out.
And 4. WHY DON'T THEY ALLOW EVERYONE TO GO OUT OF SPACE! they made ships it can't be that hard to have Disney like trips to outer space .
Cost. 225 Millions of dollars for a Soyuz launch (presumably to the ISS), with a crew capacity of 3 people. Not many Disney fans can pay that much. There are cheaper rockets coming soon, though. Maybe we will see the dream.

This has always striked me, because I was born on a seaside town. When I was a kid, I went to the beach to see petrol carriers go into the Atlantic. I could perfectly see how the carrier's hull sinked into the horizon. Only a round earth could explain that phenomena. No one "indoctrinated" me into Round Earth, I saw it with my eyes.
On Earth's curvature, I'll paraphrase Isaac Asimov, on "The relativity of wrong":
The curvature of such a sphere [Earth] is about 0.000126 per mile, a quantity very close to 0 per mile, as you can see, and one not easily measured by the techniques at the disposal of the ancients. The tiny difference between 0 and 0.000126 accounts for the fact that it took so long to pass from the flat earth to the spherical earth.
Only when we look at very long objects from very large distances we can perceive the curvature by eye.

well not 100% yet , i still think it's a tad nutty (i'm very sorry) because who really knows besides the space center if that is real or not.
Well, to be honest, many people have done research and reached to this conclusion. Its not like we didnt know that the earth was round before the space age.
