Can't Solve Chrome Issue!

Hello to all of you. I think everything is going OK. This is my first post, so hopefully you can offer me some better guidance. since I've been experiencing issues with my Chrome browser lately. I always feel as though I'm in a different country whenever I try to browse it. I tried my hardest to come up with a solution. but not quite making it. Could you please help me find a solution?

Have you considered rebooting yourself to see if that solves the issue? For most spam bots, that does the trick!
