Image error level analysis is a technique that can help to identify manipulations to compressed (JPEG) images by detecting the distribution of error introduced after resaving the image at a specific compression rate. I stumbled across this technique in this presentation by Neal Krawetz and decided to do a quick implementation in JavaScript.

Google "image error level analyzer", there are plenty.

Get a picture of yourself and analyze it using these. You will see that it is fake.
Here's an example of a non-digitally-edited picture.

Analysis:

See how uniform and consistent with the shading it is?
There may be some type of filter, but other than that there doesn't seem to be any errors.
There are some very strange errors in the consistency of the "photograph" of "Earth".

Here's a better example of an allegedly unedited person:

Analysis:

Checks out.

Here's one of an (obviously) digitally edited person:

When analyzed:

Do you have some point to make here?  We live on a round earth, follow the sun.

I think I've made my point perfectly clear, and you're dodging my evidence and argument.
Care to explain why it seems as though this "genuine" NASA photo has been digitally edited?

Sure, a piece of wire is sooo fake my camera should've exploded while taking the photo. Do you not even know what the stuff you use actually does?

Having that said the algorithm is not exactly reliable, especially with images that have been rescaled and compressed often/intensely.

Do you think the picture you used is a raw image, just as it was taken with a camera? And what does this have to do with giving us ANY proof that the Earth is flat? This is just another derailing.

So, I guess you can't prove the Earth is round, then?

Looks round to me, what about you?
This is from NASA.
This isn't fake
What have you done to prove that this picture hasn't been doctored?
Or did you just take NASA's word for it?
Those pictures always somehow look fake to me.
That's just my first instinct.
NASA is clearly credible, and they aren't lying.
This is clearly real. Unless you have very bad eyes, it may look fake.

So if one pic can be faked, all must be, huh? NASA isn't a group of satanists. Just because their symbols look alike doesn't mean they are satanists.

How about if I say you are Adolf Hitler, because you both have two arms and two legs.

Evidence that something is not real?
How about you provide some evidence of how you believe GPS works.
Still waiting.

I agree.

There "digital error analyzer" thing is BS.
You are right, just another derailing.

Nice try though, th3rmom3t3r

Hmmm, I just realized something.

You see how that picture is very high quality, and it appears as it is edited?

I think the picture of Earth was edited to make it look higher quality.
