For Jroa
« on: October 25, 2013, 08:15:10 PM »
You say the atmosphere condenses as it leaves the known earth (in so many words anyway). Can you elaborate on that because I am wondering how this is possible? An interesting idea perhaps but I am wondering a few things;
How it becomes so cold?
Why does the liquid flow back?
Please feel free to go into more detail if you have time, those questions are just to get you started.

Oh FYI, I'm not bothered about arguing about it. Just interested why you come to this conclusion.

with all my respect, I don't love masonic cracks!
your personal photo emerges an "eye" and two headphone's antennas insinuing "two satanic horns"... but anyway,  I will answer you at the correct way!

God Has created it like that, what else?
can you get me started? :)

My avatar has nothing to do with this thread or your ideas. If you must know its a cropped picture of a dilated people's poster. I can't have the full image because it shows nips.

Let jroa have his say before adding to the discussion. This is a thread for his own ideas and the cycle of the atmosphere. I thought it would be better posted here so there was something different on the boards. RE vs FE is done to death.

The farther you get away from the sun, the colder it is going to get.  Gases, such as oxygen and nitrogen, turn to liquid at certain temperatures.

If it flowed towards the edge, it would get colder and become a solid, sort of like ice.  It could only flow away from the sun for a certain distance before becoming a solid and it would not flow anymore.

This is what came to my mind. Do you then believe there could be an ice dome? If what you say is true it would be plausable.

I have seen no evidence of an ice dome.

You have not seen evidence of the atmosphere turning to a liquid either because of the drop in temperature to around -210 °C?
I think your model would also support an ice dome. At least an ice wall.

If the Ice wall goes on for ever why have their been no expeditions out to deep into Antarctica.

I did not say there is no edge.  I just believe that it is too far and too cold for people to get there.  The conditions just make it impossible to go farther than we have.

There is likely an edge, we just can't get there.

How do you expect to survive when the air you breath is turning to a liquid because it is so cold?

You might be able to work out how big jroa. Just need to find out how far the suns energy reaches.

I don't mean expeditions to the point where the atmosphere turns to liquid, but expeditions say 10,000 kilometres or something into Antarctica.

It is possible that people have been 10,000km into the Rim Continent.  However, only a powerful government would have the resources to do this, and none of them are claiming to have done it.

At some point, there is simply too much air between the Sun and the Earth.  From that point on, there would be perpetual darkness and the temperatures would drop very quickly.  I am only guessing, but I could believe that it might be cold enough for the gases to start to liquefy at that distance from the Sun.

I will try to work on some calculations based on the average temperatures measured at different latitudes as well as the distance in which the Sun's rays may no longer be seen.  I'll let you know when I have worked out the details.

Try and add all radiation that comes from the sun and not just visible light. it would be hard to know all the facts but an educated guess should be ok.
Other things must be taken into account too, thermal activity under ground and any other type of energy that could come into play.

FE doctrine states that the ice wall is uniformly 50 meters high and nearly 1000 km in diameter.
Is not Willmores idea that Antarctica is a separate continent and the edge is far beyond?

Jroa, how does your theory that you made up account for CO2? CO2 doesn't have a liquid phase at the atmospheric pressure you are talking about.
