This flight is being talked about in the celebs in space thread. The company in question expects to put people in space in one year when they haven't even completed their craft yet?  I'll believe in unicorns before believing that could happen.

Plenty of time for testing before-hand.

All you have to do is look at Virgin Galactic to see that one year from now is an impossible feat.  They've been at it for 9 years or so and only a few test flights. Space tourism hasn't been accomplished before so they don't have the luxury of riding the tails of others. They have to make sure nothing goes wrong and that they have fail safe plans for when Murphy strikes. It's simply too ambitious fora trail blazing event.

This thread might make me quit this site. 9/11 certainly did happen, and people certainly did die. I know a few people whose relatives and the like were in there. Were they in on it? There were definitely without a reasonable doubt planes that flew into the WTC. There is some speculation on my end about the logistics of how those 2 planes could have brought those towers down, but to outright up and completely deny that it ever happened is just one of the most ridiculous things I have literally ever heard. More ridiculous than a flat Earth.

As for the Virgin Galactic lcd-window argument, I have a question for you.

If they have no problem with doing a fake launch, never leaving the ground or whatever, and just playing what would be seen on screens... Don't you think they would have been doing that for like 10 years now? If there's nothing really that has to be accomplished other than aesthetic appearance and a convincing video reel - then they've been missing out on a whole lot of money for years. Surely the evil greedy conspirators would have thought of this earlier.

I would assume if Virgin has to fool government contractors into giving them a budget, NASA would have to too. That is unless of course the US government is in on the conspiracy with NASA, and in that case how would Virgin be fooling anybody? Virgin is a US-based company.
