Bigger avatars

I clicked on Space Cowgirls weblink and it took me to Troll kingdom. We'll ignore the fact they they are using vBulletin which is way better than what we have.

They also have enormous avatars. I want bigger avatars. Ours are titchy. In fact the entire theme is rubbish IMO. I know someone did it for free but they aren't here any more and I don't like it.

Look at these.

ITT: Thork comes up with a dumb excuse to baw because his theme was overlooked.

Also, I disagree. I think our avatar sizes are fine.

What is "titchy"?

I wouldn't mind a little bigger, I suppose, but I'm perfectly fine with what we have.
The earth is round because the space man said so.

Vongeo is a wanker, he wears a wanker hat; he always smells like urine and he thinks the Earth is flat.

No longer is this sentence is cut in half. Jekra!

I know it's pitiful, but he is a Thork wannabe. Somewhat in the way that  James wanted to be Bishop.

Vongeo and hoppy, this is still part of the upper fora.

As for larger avatars, I don't see a reason for it.  Avatars are handy for quickly identifying a poster; however, they do get in the way.  A larger avatar would take up more room and leave less room for text.  This might not be a big deal if you have a large monitor, but on a phone or other small screen device, they are very annoying as it is.

Also, on my phone, avatars often take a while to load.  Bigger avatars would just slow it down more.

In conclusion, I see no reason for larger avatars, other than to help Thork feel more powerful.  If we were voting, I would vote for smaller avatars rather than larger ones.

What is the point of having large avatars?
I'm going to side with the white supremacists.
