When I was younger I used to never eat chicken skin and my Mum used to eat it instead and say that it was the best bit.  Now that I've got older, moved out of home and have to cook for myself it's become clear to me that chicken skin is actually the best part of a chicken.  Things like the Parsen's nose and the oysters are good too - but the skin is the best :)

It is easily the best part of the chicken.


Though relative to turkey, turkey skin is even better.

Obviously we're talking about the best part - it still needs to be cooked in the right way.  Personally I hate raw chicken but I still like eating chicken (only when it's cooked).
