Well you still didn't explain how the FE FAQ isn't just a general statement. You claim mine is well so is yours.

I never said whether it was or wasn't, so I have no need to prove anything.

Okay well you said my theory of a cubed earth is wrong well can you provide  proof?

Yup.
Quote

Umm...Yes...The fact that gravity is a force that pulls things together, in order for it to form a cube, it would have to have weak spots of the unusual force in the center of it, in order to form the shape of a cube. Also, this would mean that subsequently at the corners, people would probably weigh about half as much as at the middle of the side, which, obviously, is not true.
Through simple postulatory logic, you can figure that none of what you're saying is logical.

Also, I know this is just a joke, poking fun at the Flat Earth Theory, but this theory is nowhere near as thought out as the FE Theory, therefore you fail.

Now, I didn't need to be nice and do this, since you're the one attempting to convince us. HOWEVER, I did anyways. See, I'm a kind guy.
Now, maybe if you were a bit brighter, this would be a more valid topic.

You guys are the ones saying my FAQ is just a general statement and that I am wrong. I know the earth is a cube therefore you must prove your theory to me.

Nope, this is the Flat Earth Society.  Here, you are challenging the norm.  You must prove we are wrong.

One thing I would like to know is where are the corners and edges (geographically)?

When you make a website, or anything else for that matter (cult, religion political party, clan, discussion group ect.)

People will expect you to be able to prove that your point of view is not bullshit.

Ex:. People go into a cardgame forum and ask, "Hey guys, show me why you think Vampiric dragon is not a tournament worthy card" and people will explain with playtests results and game theory why it isn't.

This isn't the same thing.
Think of it this way, if you started a forum called "The round Earth society" and someone came to the forum and said "You are wrong, Earth is flat", should you have to prove them wrong? Or is it their job to show why they're right?
Because, honestly, you don't care that they disagree with your theory, unless they can offer evidence to show that they're right.

Note that I used the term"prove that your point of view is valid" as opposed to proving people wrong. If I made a website about anything, I would EXPECT people to question anything that I state, that would seem contrary to popular beleif. And yes, it is the same thing. Any forum or website is subjected to this. Just look around.

Unless the forum was started under the assumtion that it's views were false, it has the responsibility to be able to support them.

I don't see how it's "not the same thing"

Your wrong, can you show evidence of this?

Go to California. Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park. Look for the ride "Superman" - it shoots you up a tower high enough that when you're heading down, you will spend 6 seconds in zero gravity - de facto.

Spit.

Your spit will pull itself together in a round ball.

That's what I call pwnage in a can. Space maze just opened the can:)

Still, a cube earth sounds like an interesting place to live on.

Your spit doesnt go into a ball due to gravity, its goes into a ball because of the fluid dynamics, first a very small amount comes out, then more, then the most, then less, until none,
Code: [Select]

       -
  -       -
-            -
-            -
  -       -
       -

looks spherical enough to me

Any FE on this site is perfectly willing to support their views and beliefs, it is only when someone comes to the forum and states "The Earth is round, your theory is wrong," and gives no supporting evidence that the FE's have no reason to defend the theory, since it is the person who is accusing the theory of being false' responsibility to show evidence for it.

Uhm...actually you should sort of put that into the past tense, and I'm pretty sure that the former sentence and the latter are entirely unrelated. Everyone realized that the FE model is BS. You guys just haven't realized that we've realized it. ;)
Still, you've hardly done anything for this theory. You're still not clever nor witty, no matter how many times per day you dream of being so.

When melted lead is dropped down a shot tower, the small parts become perfect spheres. Don't believe me, look it up.

If the Earth was flat, there would be no gravity. The Earth has to be a sphere if it orbits the Sun (do you believe that, or are you living in the past and also think everything revolves around the Earth?).

Sorry, what's your point?  They don't form spheres because of gravity.

You are right, so it's a good thing there isn't a gravitational field from the earth.

The sun and moon orbit each other above the earth.
