you like going to this child friendly pub for you dinner. thing is this new family move in and their kid is really annoying. the kid runs round sitting at you table and other peoples tables and then starts shouting and messing about with your food.
the managers do nothing and say the pub is child friendly. slowly but surely regular customers dont come in so much or just make sure they avoid the annoying kid and its family.
you dont want to stop going to your favorite pub though, they make the best fish and chips and pour the best pints.

the managers hear you out and consider asking the childs family to stop coming but are unsure what to do.

Its actually quite entertaining hearing all the things that do not exist in Sceptis world.
But I do agree, its a black eye on the FES, but seeing no one is minding the store, its a free for all.

People come here to hear each other's opinions, debate with each other, and joke around in the lower forums.  Sceptimatic has not broken any rules.  Yes, his opinions are some times a little out there, but he has the right to express his opinions just like you do.

The issue with sceptimatic isn't his opinions, it's that his posts are low-content.  All he has to say on every subject just boils down to something along the lines of "That doesn't seem right to me."  And that's it.  Say what you like about odd theories that have been debated before on this forum, like dinosaurs building boats, moonlight being dangerous, or alternative histories of the world, but at least there was something to actually discuss with those topics.  Their proponents put in genuine effort to make arguments, support their claims with evidence, logically rebut objections, etc.

With sceptimatic, however, the only thing that's relevant is sceptimatic.  At the end of the day, he just doesn't like something and so determines that it's wrong.  We can't debate that.  There is no discussion to be had on sceptimatic's own little reality where he personally decides what is right and what is wrong.

I do agree with you about Scepti trolling; I think he has been very successful at getting people to wind themselves up; he must have been having a great time.  I wonder where he will go next?  Not that I really want to be there, I just wonder.
