Why Can't You See The Ice Wall?

I do not believe in a Flat Earth but have not come here to mock those that do! But I am interested in the ways you defend your beliefs.
So I have a question. If the earth were flat then you should be able to see the "Ice Wall" when looking outwards towards the "Edge" with a powerful telescope! In practice you can't do this. Why?

You can't see anything through more than a few hundred miles of air (and usually much less than that). Air is not clear. This is why things farther away appear fainter and bluer than things up close. And welcome, laugh all you want :)

The Ice Wall is a lie fabricated by The Conspiracy. I have seen the Ice Wall myself in 1995.

If the ice wall is so big and completly impassable, how do we know there is nothing the other side?

On a flat earth, everything should be in view. If being close to the ground prevented you from seeing anything far away, a high altitude jet should have no trouble, or a high alt balloon, much thinner air after all, but they don't. Even satellites can't because the earth is round. :P
If the ice wall is so big and completly impassable, how do we know there is nothing the other side?
If it's Antarctica you're talking about, it's been completely explored. By land, sea, air and space photography. No impassable wall or anything like that has been found. No infinite plain either. So surprise there.
The earth is round, it's a scientific fact. Get over it. The world is laughing at you.

Antarctica is a metaphor for the Continent of Antarctica, to those who believe it is the edge.
There is no actual uniform 60,000km 50 meter wall of ice that holds back the worlds oceans.

IF you look at the "Flat Earth Map" as often shown on here, you will notice that the total square milage of the Ice Rim exceeds that of all the othe land masses put together......Its quite surprising noone has noticed this gigantic area, or that some nation or other hasnt claimed it for themselves.

Chile and Australia both claim territory on the Great Ice Wall. However, conditions are fairly inhospitable there, so not many countries are interested in claiming it.

How do you know that conditions there are so bad? when did you visit it to see what the climate is like?

Chile and Australia? those two global superpowers? Are the US, Russia and China not interested in this 60 million square miles of free land? Im sure between them they could knit a few jumpers to get over the cold there

Has it ever occurred to you that it's just too hazardous and cold to go any distance in?

Everybody knows about it, it's just that most are brainwashed into thinking it's on the bottom of the globe as one big mass.

Wheras it has been possible to plumb the depths of the Marianas Trench, an environment just a touch more hostile than any cold place could be?

Its funny how everyday people travel arround antarctica. there have been expeditions there. research centers etc. People have cartographed the continent and made maps of it. Yet you know more about antarctica than they do because you read some sacred text written by one person alone (who didnt travel to antarctica. and whose map of the earth was the result of him thinking how to fit the globe on a plane). and believed it. In other words. you have been brainwashed.

Trieste went in 1960, two unmanned ROVs went in the mid 90s and James Cameron went there last year.......Or are they all making it up?
IF you think they are I suggest you genuinely are of the mentally ill tin foil hat nature.

Here's an experiment for you to try.

Get a small plastic bottle of Dr pepper or similar with lid screwed on and empty and fill up your bath to the top.
Place the bottle in the bath and push it down with one finger, then two and then your hand.
The more you push it down, the more it wants to spring up doesn't it.

Yes. Very similar, just made of different materials and have ballast tanks and propellers.

My mate was a submariner and Im sure they didnt just float about on the surface of the seas all th time, or is he a liar?
